Our delivery policy is based both on the size of the order and the distance we have to travel. We will deliver the order to the nearest door, gate, or garage. Our insurance forbids our taking tables and chairs through your house to a backyard or patio, but we can go through the gate. The delivery price includes pick-up.

There must be someone at the home for both delivery and pick-up. Tables and chairs should be stacked as we delivered them. There will be additional charges for long carries or other special circumstances. Please clean up your pet's droppings before delivery.

Our delivery charge does not include set-up, but we will do the setting up for an additional charge.

If you elect to save the delivery fee by picking up your order yourself, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING. We will bring your order to your truck, but our insurance prohibits us from actually loading our customers' vehicles. The pick-up vehicle must be suitable for your order. It must be large enough to hold the items comfortably. It must be clean. You must have any necessary pads and ropes. We do not supply these items.
